Reports have surfaced that thousands of mice have invaded Scranton Memorial Stadium.  The rodents invaded after bags of grass seed split open.  The situation wasn’t remedied for several days which allowed the rodent horde to multiply.  There are reports of mouse excrement even being on football uniforms.

Rodents, such as mice and rats, can carry and spread many diseases that can be harmful to humans. The most dangerous of these is Hantavirus, which can be transmitted through inhalation of aerosolized particles of infected rodent droppings, urine, or saliva.

Why the wait in the cleanup of this potentially harmful situation?  This is just one of many issues that have recently occurred at the stadium.  Does everything in the Scranton School Disaster have to reach this point before it’s taken care of.  Prompt, safe attention to this matter should be the order of the day.
